Jaquito "Jackie" Welles is a major character of the 2020 science fiction video game Cyberpunk 2077, serving as the deuteragonist of Act 1.
He is a jovial and ambitious mercenary, as well as the best friend and partner of fellow merc V, who dreams of reaching the big leagues within Night CIty. He is also the boyfriend of Misty Olszewski.
He is voiced by Jason Hightower.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Jackie when he was a child he grew up with a drunk father who beat his mother with a belt and it caused him to have a crush on Jackie who beat him up and sent him to the hospital moreover, Jackie threatens to kill his father if he returns home and in addition, Jackie kept the belt on which he was beaten by his father in case his father came back again. Some time ago, at the age of 15, he learned to ride a motorbike where he impressed his girlfriend Misty and since then he has been tinkering with everything that fell into his hands.
