Jelly Otter is the middle child of the Otter children. Her siblings are Peanut and Butter. She is voiced by Jenell Brook Slack.
Personality
Jelly is caring, and is the brain of the family, who often solves ideas and helps out. She is usually the one that suggests doing a "Noodle Dance" and is often the one to come up with ideas. She often plays with Pinch Raccoon, but because of Jelly's tomboyish attitude despite her beauty, she isn't always in favor of some of Pinch's more "girly" pastimes, such as giving makeovers. Jelly is a big fan of Odella Otter, as she reveals in "The Singin' Kid" that Odella is her favorite singer in the whole world and, upon seeing a kite with her face on it in "Easy Pickings," says she wants one too. Jelly also has an excellent singing voice herself.
