Jen is the Daughter of Agent Mochou and Settler living in Foundation.

She is voiced by Tiffany Wu.

Background[]

Jen was born post-War to Agent Mochou and her father who were Chinese spies during the War. She lived all her life in America in the Capital Wasteland. Her mother disappeared when Jen was teenager and her father was killed in a raider trap. She soon after forgot her mother and what she looked like. At some point, she moved to Appalachia and met up with Paige. Jen has not told him and the other Settlers about her being related to a Chinese spy out of fear. She works as a scout and skilled engineer in Foundation. She has though of putting air purifiers in the Ash Heap to make them work again. Jen becomes great friends and colleague with Penelope Hornwright. Jen states That Penelope has taught her many new things involving tech. For the heist of Vault 79, Paige finds out there is a laser grid that is a high-powered, military-grade system and tasks Jen with solving the problem. Jen says that a Chinese stealth suit could pass through the laser grid without triggering the alarms. Jen will task the Vault Dweller with getting a Liberator bot so she can re-calibrate it to find the suit. With the help of Penelope, she finds out a suit is located at the 7th hole in the Whitespring's golf track. She then tells the truth about her past, but says she was born after the War and has no ties to China. Afterwards, the Vault Dweller heads to the hole and Jen says that Paige and the other Settles are taking her re-evaluations well and will join shortly. When Jen arrives, she is surprised to see her mother alive thinking see was dead, but Mochou has been turned into a non-feral ghoul by radiation like her fellow PLA operatives working in The Deep, their secret base beneath the Whitespring while trying to get into the Whitespring Bunker and access MODUS and the Enclave's secrets within. She is hostile at first, thinking Mochou abandoned her, but can be talked down by the Vault Dweller. She then will start to mend her relationship with her mother. If the Vault Dweller dose not talk Jen down, then Jen becomes permanently estranged from her mother and the Vault Dweller will have to kill Mochou, but Jen will be displeased. After the quest, Jen returns to Foundation, and if her mother is still alive, Jen will explain that her mother will join them after the Vault 79 heist, after it is agreed upon that Mochou's stealth suit will have to be destroyed to prevent her superiors in the PLA from tracking her down to punish her for treason against the PLA and China. Jen also tells that she fixed the re-calibrated Liberator and turned it into a pet. Jen is waiting in Freddy Fear's basement with the rest of the group for the heist to begin. During the heist, she helps the Vault Dweller break into Vault 79 by bypassing the laser grids using her mother's stealth suit. After the heist, she returns back to Foundation. She also is the host of a radio show that can listen to on the Pip-Boy.
