Jennifer is a minor character in Smiling Friends who appears in the episode "Shrimp's Oddysey."
After Pim mistakes her for Shrimpina, the ex-girlfriend of Shrimp whom the former wishes to get back with, he becomes captured by her and envisions a future life with her, but not without telling her about her secret admirer. Eventually, however, he decides against betraying Shrimp and brings the two together. Despite Jennifer revealing her real name and that she has never met Shrimp before, she expresses her attraction to his receding hairline and addiction to Mouse Quest before making out with him.
She is voiced by Erica Lindbeck, who also voiced the Princess of the Enchanted Forest in the same series. In the April Fools/sock puppet, she is portrayed by Laina Martinez in live action, though she's dubbed over by Erica Lindbeck.
Appearance[]
She is a tall, conventionally attractive Caucasian woman with brunette hair in a bun and green eyes. She has brown freckles on each cheek and pink lipstick. She also has white stud ear piercings.
As a barista, she wears a pale blue collar shirt, a yellow apron, and blue pants. When meeting her secret admirer, she wears a red dress and black pumps
Personality[]
Initially, Jennifer is portrayed as a very sweet, kind-hearted woman who treats her customers nicely and speaks with a honeyed Southern accent and dialect. She is seen trying to move on after her ex-boyfriend Jason's died in a motorcycle accident, but claimed that she believes in "destiny" while agreeing to meet her secret admirer.
However, after Pim introduces her to Shrimp, she drops the Southern accent and becomes mildly irritated and confused, explaining that she had never met her this supposed ex-boyfriend of hers. However, once Jennifer realizes that Shrimp is a 4'6 loser with a receding hairline who plays Mouse Quest, she becomes deeply attracted to him before making out with him.

- In the Puppet Version of the episode, Jennifer is portrayed by Laina Martinez, but she is still dubbed by Erica Lindbeck.
