Jennifer Pierce is one of the two deuteragonists (alongside Anissa Pierce) of the CW series Black Lightning. She was the youngest daughter of Lynn Stewart and Jefferson Pierce, the younger sister of Anissa Pierce, the ex-girlfriend of Khalil Payne and the sister-in-law of Grace Choi. She inherited the metagene from her father and displayed similar abilities to him. Jennifer became a heroine like her father and joined Black Lightning's team. She also has her own safe place, which she was able to escape to during the Anti Monitor crisis
She was portrayed by China Anne McClain, who portrays Chyna Parks in A.N.T. Farm, Uma in Descendants 2 and Descendants 3 and voices Freddie Facilier in Descendants: Wicked World.

Jennifer Pierce was born on born October 7, 2001 to Lynn Stewart and Jefferson Pierce. She originated from Earth-TUD5. When she was young, Jennifer saw her father bleeding in the bathtub after his fight with the 100. Jefferson later retired from being a vigilante and later divorced his wife. However, Lynn and Jefferson ad shared custody of their daughters.

Unlike her sister and mother, Jennifer was not erased or killed by the Anti-Monitor's Antimatter wave. Instead she sent her subconscious to her safe Haven. However, Two of her doppelgangers from two different Earth's came as well but they were strayed by the antimatter wave.
Personality[]
Jennifer is strong, independent, intelligent and caring. However, she is also stubborn, arrogant and making rash decisions. Jen was initially unwilling to fight for the people of Freeland due to her fears of her own powers and wanted to be normal. She can also become a survivalist, as she and Khalil were bot on the run when Tobias Whale placed a tracker in her ex-boyfriend's head.
