Jess is a Green Earth CO and a protagonist in the Advance Wars video games series. She is a ground units specialist who often gets into arguments with her superior Eagle, the commander-in-chief of Green Earth.
History[]
Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising[]
Alongside Eagle and Drake, Jess was one of the Green Earth COs who fought back against Black Hole's invasion of Green Earth and eventually succeeded in driving their forces out of the nation.
Advance Wars: Dual Strike[]
Jess was part of a group of Allied Nations forces sent to put a stop to Black Hole's operations in Omega Land.
Military tactics[]
On land Jess's tanks has higher firepower but her naval and air units lacked firepower. Jess's CO powers powers up her tanks and resupply ammo and fuel to all units.
