Jin Enjoji, or nicknamed Jiji, is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Aira Shiratori) of the 2021 adventure comedy manga series Dandadan, as well as its 2024 anime adaptation. He is Momo Ayase's childhood friend and has a traumatic experience with Evil Eye.
He is voiced Kaito Ishikawa in Japanese and by Aleks Le (who also Zenitsu Agatsuma in Demon Slayer, Yoo Jinho in Solo Leveling, and Mash Burnedead in Mashle: Magic and Muscles) in English.
Appearance[]
Jin is a handsome confident young man with messy pink hair. He sports short, neatly styled red hair with bangs that frame his face brown eyes and a small earring in his left ear. As a student, Jin typically wears a blue blazer over a white dress shirt, paired with a black tie. His gray dress pants are sleek and tailored, and his attire completes with brown loafers.
Personality[]
Jin is a lively and expressive and comic-relief young man with a flair for the dramatic, frequently exhibiting exaggerated facial expressions and bold gestures, making him as charismatic in the eyes of some girls. His speech is also unique, frequently ending with quirky verbal tics like "Fuuuu" or "Fuuuuwaaaatsu," which adds to his eccentric nature.
While some of his female comrades find his combination of good looks and humor appealing, a portion may be put off by his over-the-top nature, although in spite of his cringe-worthy mannerisms, he manages to deliver a tactical compliment or his generally handsomeness usually win over most holdouts, with only Momo and Aira seeming immune to his charm. Seiko humorously deem him as clever. Despite his playboy tendencies, such as quickly asking for a girl's number when meeting Momo's classmates, Jin has a good heart. He shows this when he reunites with Momo, apologizing for his past teasing and even stepping up to protect her when needed, revealing his caring and protective side.

- One of his power which allows him to launch a beam attack is a reference Dragon Ball's Son Goku's iconic Kamehameha attack, featuring the same posture.
- Jiji and Evil Eye's condition appears to be a reference to Ranma Saotome, the main protagonist of Ranma ½, who gets turned into a female in contact of cold water and turns back into a male in hot water. In Chapter 50, when Momo clarifies this by saying that in his case, if Jin gets splashed in cold water, he turns into Evil Eye and turns back to normal with hot water.
- Jiji wears a shirt that features that logo of the iconic horror manga series Uzumaki by Junji Ito at some point.
