Arbiter-General Jing Yuan, also known as the Divine Foresight, is a playable major character in the 2023 science fantasy turn-based tactical role-playing video game Honkai: Star Rail. He's the leader of of Commander of the Xianzhou's General to honor to Xianzhou Alliance.
Jing Yuan is voiced by Alejandro Saab in English Voice Actor, and Daisuke Ono in Japanese Voice actor. Alejandro Saab also voiced Cyno from Genshin Impact, Voice, Akihiko Sanada from Persona 3 Reload, Gabimaru the Hollow from Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku, Einar from Vinland Saga Series, and Tatsuya Shiba from The Honor at Magic High School. Daisuke Ono is voiced as Jotaro Kujo from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure franchise, Erwin Smith from Attack on Titan, Shizuo Heiwajima from Durarara!!, Golem from Somali to Mori no kamisama, Sebastian Michaelis from black butlers, Sinbad from Maji, Kyōma Mabuchi from Dimension W, and Fafnir from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, and Wriothesley from Genshin Impact.
Biography[]
Jing Yuan is one of the seven Arbiter-Generals of the Xianzhou Alliance's Cloud Knights, and one of the Six Charioteers of the Xianzhou Luofu. Although he appears lazy, Jing Yuan has been a general on the Luofu for centuries, an amount of time exceeding most of his peers.

Jing Yuan is a tall man with pale white skin, a white ponytail with a red ribbon cover on the right eye, a golden eye, a mole on the left eye, a white oriental-styled blouse with golden dark brown armor shape like a lion head on his right shoulder, two brown capes with both shoulders, a two brown leather belt outside with brown leather vambraces, a red tight pants, and tall black boots.
Personality[]
While he is a relaxed, easygoing person, Jing Yuan is among the most powerful people on the Xianzhou Luofu in terms of military and diplomatic strength. He also takes threats to the Luofu seriously, and will work tirelessly to stamp them out, as shown when he angrily declares to Phantylia that her actions constitute an act of war against Lan (on Nanook's behalf) that will be responded to accordingly. He's also willing to torture Luocha after his imprisonment to get information out of him, being only prevented from doing so when Jingliu, who's imprisoned alongside Luocha, decides to speak up on his behalf.
