Jiwoo Seo is the titular main protagonist of the 2018 supernatural fantasy action Manwha, Eleceed and anime adaptation series of the same name, Eleceed. He is the current disciple of Kayden and the second person to have the ability of electokinesis. Initially an Independent awakener without affiliations and attended the Awakened Academy under the sponsor of Shinwha Association.
Appearance[]
Jiwoo is an average korean man with light cream hair with amber doe eyes that brightens whenever he's excited and has a curated lean muscular build and his distinctive features appeared to be a naive-looking and kind which Awakeners often underestimate his ability despite being introduced as the disciple of Kayden. He is considered short in his teen compared to Wooin and Jisuk and is easily prone to blushing with a little red cheeck on his face.
In his casual wear, he first wore a plain hoodie and blue pale pants and is later seen with wearing a grey hoodie, grey pants matching his sneakers. His usual school attire consists of grey blazer, a light blue tie, and a white polo shirt with sneakers and in academy uniform, he wears black track jacket with red trim, black track sneakers and pants.
Personality[]
From a young age as an adult, he is a compassionate and a warm hearted individual who is also kind and caring and is known to look after stray cats in his neighborhood. He grew up alone and is a well reserved and a cautious individual who doesn't want to reveal his powers to the public, however he tends to be reckless when he sense someone is in danger.
He is also an individual who is empathetic from his result of a trouble childhood which he tends to avoid confrontations as much as possible and is often trying not to bring himself to the spotlight even his precautions of using his powers
Background[]
During his childhood, he spent the majority of his life out of fear hiding from others whenever he accidentally reveal his powers to others which his family often moves a lot in order to keep his ability a secret which often lead him to isolation. This resulted to nearly fear his own power he has inherited and chose to avoid being confronted by others and his only ever friend in his whole life is a stray cat which he often feeds every stray cats in his neighborhood, caring about them even without names.
Abilities[]
As an awakened human, Jiwoo Seo's abilities has exceeded the regular amount of humans within the society, as his main ability is superspeed which has been strengthened due to force control accelerating his reflexes, cognitive abilities and his dynamic vision. Due to his exceptional talent, he is able to develop powers at a faster rate compared to those who inherit it which surprised Kayden himself. He is well adept to fighting thanks to Kayden's mentorship especially when observing his opponents even coming up with his own counterattacks which have been noticed by other awakeners due to his growth and this also helped him learn close combat techniques from this instructors and Jiyoung Yoo. His second ability is Electrokinesis which is acquired from the Force Control method from Kayden noting that his ability has been stronger over time.
In the Secret Korean Awakened Academy, many instructors has deemed that Jiwoo is on par
Electrokinesis: Originally from Kayden and now passing it to Jiwoo in which he unconsciously use him in combat dealing additional damage to the opponents he face on. This improved significantly with high levels combining speed and uses it coat his body to enhance his speed with lighting attacks in close quarter combat compared to his mentor who uses it for long range attack and this also adapt Jiwoo to learn this as well.
Super Speed: His main ability is speed where he moves incredibly fast lading him to create an Afterimage effect which is hard for the naked eye to percieve which he can uses his speed and lightning simulatenously which can accumulate for about 6 seconds.
Force Control: Taught by his mentor, he learned to grew and control his abilities within his core in order to cultivate and has three types of control methods from Kartein, Seonghik, Kayden and Pluton's force controlt that helps him improve his conditions.
Combat Abilities: From the start as he became the disciple of Kayden, he learned combat techniques helping him utilizing his body to enhance his condition especially basic and advanced combat while accumulating his power.

- Due to his sincere and kind nature, he was protected by those who know him within a short amount of time.
- His appearance is inspired by the real life South Korean singer, Kang Daniel.
