John Sanders or Saunders in some spellings is one of Stan's co-workers at the CIA. His wife is Bunny and they have two children.

Stan takes Sanders out to "Mentally Deficient Young Women", a strip club to celebrate his first assassination only to find Hayley stripping there in "Stan Knows Best".

He gets to take home the Margaret Thatcher Robot in "I Can't Stan You".

Deputy Director Avery Bullock singles him out for inappropriate use of his body double when he was too drunk to finish making love to a Jet Blue stewardess in "Pulling Double Booty".

Sanders and his family are selected to go into space for a year in "Great Space Roaster" until Stan manages to get the Smith family to take their place.

He has a crowd scene cameo in "100 A.D.".

Sanders has a distinctly southern accent in "School Lies" when Stan brags about becoming friends with Senator Buckingham.

He is seen on the second CIA hunting trip in "Buck, Wild".

Sanders memories are stored within the CIA hologramdeck in "I Ain’t No Holodeck Boy". An icon of his image appears on the control panel to select an agent's memories.

Sanders appears on a list of people Bullock doesn't like in "She Swill Survive" and at the Smith's party in "Dreaming of a White Porsche Christmas".

Francine finds out from Bunny that Sanders was killed while on a mission in "Widow's Pique". While chatting, Bunny reveals that Sanders first name is "John." Stan later reveals that Sanders was actually killed while recovering the bodies of other agents that had been killed on a mission.

Sanders is voiced by Mike Barker.
