Jolly Dodger (formally Jolly Roger) is a supporting protagonist in the Banjo-Kazooie series. He made his debut in Banjo-Tooie as the mayor of his lagoon and owner of his inn/pub. If you play music of his jukebox, he will dance.

Jolly appeared as an unlockable playable playable in Banjo-Pilot for the GBA. He has excellent stats out of the nine playable characters.
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts
Jolly appeared as a criminal who sells Banjo "black market" jiggies in Showdown Town. He also host challanges in 2 of the game worlds.

- Jolly had been been hinted to be gay more than once. His menu contains names base on male private parts (forgive me for writing this and I'm not kidding), talks in a ryspy-voice and has a thing for the color pink.
