Professor Jordan Perry is the tritagonist of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze.
He is portrayed by David Warner.
Jordan Perry is a scientist who is in charge of Techno Global Research Industries (T.G.R.I), whose purpose is to dispose the ooze which was what made the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Splinter to what they are.
One night, as Perry attempt to dispose the last canister of the ooze, he was confronted by Tatsu and the Foot Clan run by the Shredder. The Turtles attempt to arrive to save him as they were learning more about their origins, but the Foot was able to escape with the professor. In the Shredder's layer, Perry was forced to create two mutated monsters under an alligator snapping turtle, and a grey wolf, to combat the Turtles.
Once finished, the mutants were named Tokka and Rahzar, and while they are huge, they have an infant like persona, much to the Shredder's rage, but Perry show them their attributes and strength to which led Shredder to reconsider is intial attempts to dispose of them and have them stick around.
Perry was later shown being gagged after one of the Turtles: Donatello was being thrown by one of the mutants, and release Perry. Donny along with the other three Turtles were able to escape after Michalangelo discovered a sewer nearby. In the Turtles home down the sewer, Perry informed the Turtles and Splinter that ooze was an accident which upsets Donny.
After learning that the Shredder release Tokka and Rahzar to cause damage around New York if the Turtles don't show themselves, Perry came up with an antidote, that the Turtles must used to confront them. Hiding it inside a donut, the two mutants were able to catch up to what they were up to, and attacked them inside a Nightclub where Vanilla Ice was preforming. The Turtles were able to unmutated Tokka and Razhar, and when Shredder revealed that he still has one remaining canister of the ooze, Keno (a friend and ally of the Turtles) came in and kick the can off of Shredder which Perry was able to catch it, and possible dispose of it.
- Jordan Perry's likeness seem to take some inspiration to Baxter Stockmann, but unlike the evil scientist Perry shown to be a more sympathetic and helpful ally of the Turtles.
