Joseph Macadamia Dickerson is a major character in The Star.
He is voiced by Zachary Levi. who also voiced who also voiced Rocky Rhodes in Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, Flynn Rider in Tangled, Arcade Gannon in Fallout: New Vegas, Larry Daley in Night at the Museum: Kahmunrah Rises Again, and portrayed Fandral in the MCU, Shazam in the DCEU, Tobey Seville in Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, Chuck Bartowski in Chuck, Luke Collins in Heroes Reborn, and Harold in Harold and the Purple Crayon.

Plot[]
9 year old Mary and Joseph who just had their wedding dinner. Mary takes the donkey in and names him Boaz, Bo for short, and reveals to Joseph that her pregnant tummy, with Joseph accepting Mary's situation after praying to God.
Mary and Joseph leave Nazareth in order to head to Bethlehem, 6 year old Bo and 7 year old Dave try another escape, but are confronted by 4 year old Thaddeus and 5 year old Rufus, who knew of the home by interrogating 12 year old Abby. After learning that Mary and Joseph are not home, the soldier and his dogs leave to look for them.
They catch up to Mary and Joseph in time to warn them, and hide them in a market place where the soldier ties up his dogs. Bo releases the cart Mary and Joseph were using to roll down and cause a chain reaction that knocks the soldier down a well. However, he creates severe damage to the market in the process, and Joseph instead berates Bo as he was unaware of the danger.
Frustrated Joseph to talk to Mary, who starts to sob admits that it has been difficult for her and that she is scared of the importance of the baby. Joseph and Mary make up when the latter begins having contractions. They arrive at Bethlehem where Joseph can't find an inn for Mary. Then Joseph becomes a father after Mary has the baby and names him Jesus.
