Kasumi Nakasu is the main characters of Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. She is 15 years old and a first year in Nijigasaki High School. Kasumi was born in January 23 and is a Aquarius. She has red eyes and short, brown hair in a bob cut with one side slightly longer than the other and a crescent-shaped hairclip. She wears a beige cardigan under her blazer with the winter uniform and a custom vest with an argyle pattern rather than the official plain vest for her summer uniform. Her main image color is yellow. She is 155 centimeters tall, and her blood type is B. She is the center of QU4RTZ sub-unit under Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. Her solo song album is Diamond, ☆Wonderland☆, Muteki-kyuu*Believer, Margaret and Poppin' Up!.

She is voiced by Mayu Sagara in Japanese and Kayli Mills in English.

Background

Kasumi is a first year who refers to herself as "Kasumin." Due to her full name, she's often called "Kasukasu" as a joke, which she hates (as it means "dried out" in Japanese). She belongs to the general course. She is the first person that the protagonist encounters at the school idol club, where she was striving to keep the club alive. She is distinguishable by her beige-colored semi-short hair and a star-shaped hairpin. She wanted to become a school idol more than anyone and sometimes tries to be mischievous towards her rivals. She also likes to send hate mails to her rivals, although sometimes it naturally becomes normal fan mail. Kasumi refers to the protagonist as "Senpai."

Personality

Kasumi loves all idols and cute unrivaled in strength and inspiration. Kasumi wants to be number one competition while she in, and won't cheat or sabotage that goal.

She don't like nickname Kasukasu and she getting real mad when she gets referred to with it.
