Kate Denson is one of the playable survivors in Dead by Daylight being introduced in Curtain Call. A hopeful musician Kate is able to make the most of her surroundings to grant her foresight and escape even the most dire situations.

General[]
One of Kate's early memories that started her on her path as a musician was her singing a song she had learned in school to her family and watching smiles spread across their faces. Seeing how a simple song could brighten a persons day she knew what she wanted to do with her life. She learned guitar when she was old enough to play it and she played across her home state and down south. Kate won talent shows and music competitions but for her winning didn't matter she just wanted to make people smile, make them forget their problems. She would often visit home and her special place: a clearing in the woods for inspiration. One day she was attempting to play a new song when a foreboding melody started playing from a nearby cave where she finds a strange symbol as The Entity began attempting to drag her into it's realm however Kate resisted. However even though she escaped the grasp of The Entity the first time little did she know it would try again, One day as Kate was playing her guitar in the woods she began to play a dark tune as the forest seemed to react to her music as the leaves and branches coalesced into The Entity as it began to drag Kate into its realm once again, succeeding this time leaving her guitar behind. Kate now in The realm of the Entity uses her connection to nature and her foresight to help other survivors and herself escape from the clutches of The Entity's bloodthirsty servants.
