Keine Kamishirasawa is one of the recurring characters in Touhou series. A werewolf who serves as the guardian of the village. During the events of Imperishable Night, she uses her own abilities to hide the human village from the heroines. On a true full moon night, she reappears in her true form on the extra stage.
Biography[]
Keine is a were-hakutaku who helps run a temple school for the children of the Human Village. Despite transforming into a youkai on the full moon, she is staunchly on the side of humanity, and protects the village in times of danger. Keine possesses the ability to "eat history" in human form, and to "create history" in hakutaku form, but her powers only affect how things are perceived (i.e. she can conceal an object by eating its history, but not destroy it). She's also one of Mokou's few friends.
Appearance[]
In human form, Keine has brown eyes and long silver hair with blue highlights. She wears a kind of building-like hat with a red ribbon on top and emojis carved along her sides. Her dress is dark blue with white short sleeves and has a red ribbon tied under her collar. In hakutaku form, she has red eyes, long silver hair with green highlights, and horns. Her left corner is adorned with a red ribbon. Her dress is dark green with white short sleeves and has a red ribbon tied under her collar.
Personality[]
As a school teacher and guardian of the human village, Keine faithfully fulfills her duties to the human village. As her teacher, she doesn't like rude humans, but she is otherwise kind to humans. Except when she's probably in her hakutaku form.
