Kelly is Kenny McCormick's girlfriend from the South Park episodes, "Rainforest Schmainforest" and "Spontaneous Combustion".
Kelly fell in love with Kenny during the "Getting Gay With Kids" tour, however, she initially didn't want to get too close to him since they live at opposite ends of the country and they will be slit apart once the tour is over. However, she later decided to date Kenny as long as they call each other every other day. She also performed CPR and revived Kenny after he got struck by lighting. Their relationship did continue and Kelly got very close to Kenny. In "Spontaneous Combustion", its revealed that Kenny took frequent bus trips to visit her. Although, most of their interactions happen offscreen, her relationship with Kenny did actually last a while. However, it is unknown when or why they broke up.
