Tough as they Get
The Red Cell girl first encounters one of the Killer T Cell members when she takes a wrong route through the Immune System. Though, it slowly tapers off as he gets to meet U-1146, the commander of the White Blood Cell and Red Blood Cell.
Killer T vs NK
There can never be peace between them. When NK tries to help U-1146 and Red Cell. T will try to put his foot down as well and help them too. But in the process that a fight may break out between them. This is usually a running gag throughout the series.
Troubled Past (as Naive)
We see his past come to play on episode 9. How he got to where he is now, as the brash and buff: Killer T. Like most kids in his group, he also started out as what's come to be as "Naive". Doing things on his own. That's when he came to meet the commander of the control room of the immune system.
