Personality[]
Dokja strives to shield loved ones from peril, assuming their struggles as his own, and tends to be highly self-deprecating when unable to overcome challenges independently. His recurrent self-deprecation manifests as a consistent pattern. Despite his love for others, he harbors deep insecurities, possessing notably low self-esteem and self-worth.
Kim, fundamentally devoted and affectionate, sacrifices his own life for those he cherishes, carefully choosing whom to bestow his profound trust upon.
Initially perceiving himself as perennially alone, he grapples with recognizing genuine care and admiration from others, although he has improved in this aspect over the course of ORV. Once adept at repressing emotions, as noted by Jung Heewon in early scenarios, he now displays heightened emotional expression, such as unrestrained crying and yelling, particularly evident in the epilogues. While typically casual in speech, moments of shock or nervousness prompt a tendency to adopt formal language.
Kim Dokja maintains a degree of self-consciousness about his image and public perception, though less so under a pseudonym. Despite his meticulous planning, he tends to develop tunnel vision, overlooking external factors that could impact his situation. Nevertheless, his unwavering dedication to goals is evident as he defies death to reach scenario conclusions, demonstrating occasional bouts of stubbornness and singlemindedness.

Powers and Abilities[]
Omniscient Readers Viewpoint[]
Kim's titular skill allows him to separate fiction from reality which allows him to traverse through this newfound world he is in, that with every passing day becomes scarily more accurate and resembling the novel he read whilst growing up known as "Three Ways To Survive in a ruined world" by TLS123.
- Stage 1: This Form of Kim Dokja's Skill (Omniscient Readers Viewpoint) allows for him to read the simple actions and or emotions of a character, through gaining more understanding of the "character" in question, his ability to use Stage One grows in power the more he understands a character and thus allows him to reach into the second and third stage of his skill with the higher his level of understanding of the target(s) is.
- Stage 2: This form of Kim Dokja's Skill (Omniscient Readers Viewpoint) Allows him to see deep inside of any character, such as their thoughts and emotions while it is a more powerful form than Stage One it does come with its drawbacks as if his understanding of the character isn't high enough, he cannot use it upon them - he also ran into an issue in one of the earlier parts of the story that he couldn't use stage one or two on someone because they hadn't become a character yet in the story's narrative itself.
- Stage 3: This form of Kim Dokja's Skill (Omniscient Readers Viewpoint) is the most powerful out of the three as it has three functions. - First Person Point of View (POV), allows him to use Stage 3 of this skill in order to fully immerse himself in a character, literally taking over their body and becoming the character themself. - Through this function, he can not only take complete control over the character and use their skills as his own, but execute partial control and help them dodge attacks, fight back until they can take the wheel back from him, etc - In order for Stage 3 to occur, he must be in a state near death or actively dying, but in return should he fully immerse himself within a character he is able to permanently assimilate a singular skill from that character, creating a "Bookmark / Copy" of that skill for him to use of his own accord.
Bookmark[]
- As part of Kim Dokja's Skill known as Omniscient Readers Viewpoint, he gains the ability known as Bookmark.
- Through Bookmark, he can replicate the skills he has assimilated from a character.
- The deeper the understanding of the character, the higher the reproduction rate for that skill.
- For Example, if Dokja has a 50% understanding of one of Joonghyuk, and a 80% understanding of Lee-Hyunsung, then his ability to use Lee's bookmark will be 30% higher and more effective compared to Joonghyuk's.
Demon King Of Salvation Transformation[]
- Acquired in the 73rd Demon Realm Arc - The Transformation that would later gain him his modifier (Demon King Of Salvation) is a form in which originally Dokja gained pitch-black feathered wings, increased in size and allowed him to use demonic magic / power.
- Through this Transformation, he gains a plethora of abilities and an association with the Absolute Evil side of the star dream as this power is demonic in nature, and not considered good.
