King Chicken is a character from the Crash Bandicoot series who made his first appearance in Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled during the "Neon Circus Grand Prix" event.

King Chicken first appears during the "CTR TV" broadcast for the Neon Circus Grand Prix. He is given a crown to wear by Stew before he is left to his own activities. King Chicken is a playable racer who can be unlocked by collecting all golden eggs in Adventure Modes HUB and driving to the closed door within The Lost Ruins area next to the Tiger Temple Warp Pad. He is a Drift class driver.
Personality[]
King Chicken is basically an ordinary chicken with no distinguishable personality amongst other members of his species (not counting mutants) aside from wearing a crown. However, He somehow has the ability to drive a kart and seems to appear in random places, suggesting there might be more to King Chicken than meets the eye.
