Knife is a major character of the 2011 web series, Inanimate Insanity, he started off as a jerkish person with no regard for other people but by the second season redeemed himself he placed 15th in Inanimate Insanity and died before he could lose or win Inanimate Insanity II.
He serves as a supporting antagonist of the original Inanimate Insanity and one of the two deuteragonists (alongside MePad) of Inanimate Insanity II.
He is voiced by one of the show writers Justin Chapman who also voiced Paper, Goo, Silver Spoon, Magnifying Glass, MePad, Tootsy Wootsy, and J.U.S.T.I.N.
Personality[]
Like said above he started off as a jerk towards several contestants specifically Balloon, Marshmallow, and Paper however during season 2 after Trophy's elimination he become slightly less mean while still holding an arrogant personality was encouraged by Nickel to instead use sarcasm instead of just being a jerk and then later Suitcase encouraged him to just be kinder which during the merge of the game he became a better person even encouraging Microphone to drop her unhealthy partnership with Taco and then sacrificed himself to save the Light Shimmers.
History[]
Original Inanimate Insanity[]
Knife first appeared holding an arrogant personality during the first challenge and then told Paper in a mocking told what feces were, he later was chosen third in the team selection by Lightbulb and Nickel and then proceeded to not help in challenge with Paper and then betrayed Paper to cause a tie which he won he later stated he missed Paper and then mocked Marshmallow and threw her across the island popping Balloon then during the challenge he came up with a strategy which resulting in him getting eliminated from the challenge and receiving 2 votes at the elimination ceremony but Baseball got eliminated instead.
In the next episode he roasted Marshmallow alive in front of Nickel as a joke and then launched her across a gap for the challenge but failed to launch anyone else successfully resulting in his team losing but since he was the only one who did anything he got individual immunity on his team when the viewers got to vote which in the next episode since most people misspelled Nickel's name resulting in Lightbulb's elimination then in the next challenge he was in the bottom four for failing to stack three golf balls on top of each other and then got eliminated.
During his time in Idiotic Island a place where contestants go when they get eliminated when Balloon got eliminated he floated on top of Knife resulting in Balloon popping and then threatened the viewers to vote him and didn't come back in the game and then during more of his time at Idiotic Island he mostly argued with Paper or played with his dora doll and when MePhone4 let everyone out to vote for a contestant he voted for Paper for capturing him in "The Great Escape" and then chose to root for OJ during the finale and when OJ won and started speaking Knife told him to skip the speech and then cheered when OJ said he would use the money for everyone.
Inanimate Insanity II[]
Knife first appeared playing video games with Pickle which he beat Pickle in and then he cheered when he got into the second season and during the team captain challenge Trophy tried to form an alliance with Knife but Knife rejected and pushed him off and then tried to push Baseball off then called him fat causing Baseball to get Knife off the ice and then Knife was placed in The Grand Slams team where his team won the Dodgeball challenge and then in the next episode's challenge he was playing with his Dora Doll which Trophy then saw and took a picture of and then blackmailed Knife.
In the next episode Knife gets Trophy a smoothie but Trophy rejects it and Knife turns on a blender making MePhone4 tell him to stop later in the challenge as Knife bikes Yang bumps into Knife on purpose making Knife crash and breaking his leg which Trophy then mocks him about later in the next episode as Knife fans Trophy with Fan before snapping at Trophy and Trophy shows the picture to everyone and everyone besides Baseball and Apple laugh which Baseball convinces everyone to not care and later at elimination Trophy gets out and Knife mocks him before kicking Trophy into the Elimination Portal and during the challenge he does barely anything and when Test Tube says a fact about Pizza he tells her to shut up.
In the next episode he survived elimination and then during the challenge when his leg recovered, he competed on the soccer field and when Apple mocked him, he kicked the ball directly in her face making him get benched where Nickel tells him to instead of letting all his anger out instead be sarcastic and then mocks Cheesy but downright insults him rather than being sarcastic and then his team won the challenge and in the next episode's challenge after Nickel attempted to tell a scary story to Balloon and Suitcase but they ran away immediately Knife mocks Balloon sarcastically and leaves Suitcase and Balloon alone
