Kobato is a minor character in the anime series One Piece. She is the daughter of Mekao and the pediatrician of G-8.
She was voiced by Akiko Hiramatsu in Japanese and Jamie Marchi in English, both of whom have also voiced Arashi Kishū in Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle.

Kobato is the average young woman with short light purple hair and dark red eyes. She wears a pair of her glasses, white doctor coat, with jumper shirt, light yellow skirt, and light purple shoes. She also has a heartbeat across from her neck.
