Kou Ichijo is a supporting protagonist in the video game Persona 4. He attends Yasogami High School as a second-year and is the captain of the basketball team. He becomes close friends with Yu Narukami if Yu decides to join the basketball team, and becomes slightly less close friends with him if he decides to join the soccer team. He, along with Daisuke Nagase, represent the Strength Arcana in his Social Link.
He was voiced by Daisuke Ono in the Japanese version, and by Vic Mignogna in the English version.
Appearance[]
Kou is usually seen in his black and yellow Yasogami High uniform, but he is also seen wearing a white polo shirt and black pants on the weekends. He has blue hair and gray eyes.
Personality[]
Kou is generally a pretty carefree and laid-back person. He usually attempts to lift the mood among his friends by telling jokes. However, he is quite insecure about his role in his family throughout the game, believing he's obsolete since his sister Sachiko was born, although he eventually gets over this with help from Yu and Daisuke.
