Koyomi "Yomi" Mizuhara is the main character of Azumanga Daioh Series.
Appearance[]
- She's wearing glasses without seeing her eye and brown shoes.
- Athletic appearance compared to some of the other characters.
Bio[]
Yomi is a grade-school friend and general antagonist of Tomo's. She is also the voice of reason, and the most mature and serious of her friends — and as such, the comic foil to the others' silliness. Though smart and athletic, she is constantly dissatisfied with herself due to her weight and is always trying various diets in an effort to become thinner. She can never seem to stick to these diets however, as she finds herself constantly tempted by her favorite foods.She was also impressed with the first snow of the year once, and had bought a guide book when the gang went to Okinawa which surprised Chiyo-chan because Yomi attempted to have a rather neutral attitude. Yomi has demonstrated on certain occasions that she can be just as childish as the rest of the characters, such as trying to get Chiyo to infuse a shrine charm with some of her intelligence so that she could pass her college entrance exams.
