Kozuki Hiyori also known as Komurasaki, is a major character of the Wano Country Arc in the One Piece franchise. She is the daughter and youngest child of Kozuki Oden and Kozuki Toki, and younger sister of Kozuki Momonosuke. Hiyori has a strong desire to kill both Kaido and Kurozumi Orochi in order to avenger her parents and free Wano from their tyranny.
She was voiced by Nana Mizuki and Hitomi Owada (as a child) in Japanese and Molly Searcy in English.
Overview[]
Kozuki Hiyori is the second child and the only daughter of Kozuki Oden and Toki. She is the younger sister of Kozuki Momonosuke (although she is 18 years older than him due to his time travel) but became younger again after he was aged up. She always teased her older brother with a dropkick. She escaped from Oden's castle by one of her father's retainers Kawamatsu. She was raised by Kawamatsu until he was captured and sent to Udon by both Kurozumi Orochi and Kaido. She was later raised by another of her father's retainer Denjiro (disguised as Kyoshiro) and became an oiran known as Komurasaki for one purpose alone to assassinate Orochi. She faked her death just so she could escape.
Hiyori was attacked by Kamazo (true name as Killer) but saved by Roronoa Zoro. She shed her tears for the former daimyo, Shimotsuki Yasuie's death. She was attempted to escape but was about to captured by Orochi's troops only to be rescued by Zoro again. She and Zoro went back to her house but followed by Kurozumi Orochi's troops only for them to be easily defeated by Zoro. Learning Zoro's sword was Shusui, Hiyori offered Zoro her father's sword, Enma (a weapon that can hurt Kaido) as a replacement which he accepted. She disguised herself as Komurasaki again to kill Orochi. She played music for him just so he would let his guard down as she secretly stabbed him with a seastone nail. When Orochi attempted to kill her, Hiyori was saved by Denjiro (who eventually killed Orochi).
Following Kaido's defeat, the Red Scabbards and Momonosuke revealed themselves to the people of Wano, with Hiyori being present. She then happily hugged in her reunion with her older brother, Momonosuke, who was aged up by Shinobu and became the next shogun.
Hiyori cleaned Zoro's wounds from King, much of Sanji's jealousy towards Zoro.
Hiyori is still a tomboy when she always dropkicked her brother when telling him that Luffy and Zoro awoke.
Sometime after, she and her brother are surprised to meet their grandfather Kozuki Sukiyaki, after he reveals himself to them. He apologizes for not being there but before he could continue, he was happily embraced by the siblings who told him that it was a relief to know that they still had a relative out there after the deaths of their parents. She watched as Sukiyaki told Momonsuke that he would pass down the knowledge that he is owed as Shogun, since it is the least he could do before he secludes himself again to watch him rule over the country.

Hiyori is a beautiful and slim woman who has a strong resemblance of her mother, Kozuki Toki. She has a long green hair and blue eyes, She worn a pink kimono with green sash and flower patterns. She also worn a red robe with moon patterns. She has roses at both side of her head.
As Komurasaki, she wore geta to make her look very tall. Her hair was extremely adorned, with multiple flowers and pins attached to it. She wore an extremely opulent red furisode kimono that sparkles in the sunlight, with the sleeve adorned with a peacock and flowers on it. She also had red-painted fingernails. She also wore a Kitsune mask.
In her childhood, Hiyori's hair is shorter. She worn a white and blue kimono with follow patterns.
Personality[]
Hiyori is an extremely kind and compassionate woman. She is kind to those she is close to, such as her kamuro Toko, and she was appalled when Orochi attempted to attack her, given that she is a child. She is deeply sympathetic towards the many citizens of Wano who had been cruelly oppressed by Orochi and Kaidou. She broke down crying uncontrollably after Yasuie was executed. Despite her kindness, Hiyori has the desire to kill Orochi as she is not afraid to get her hands dirty.
She holds a strong hatred towards Orochi and Kaido for murdering her parents and enslave Wano.
During her guise as Komurasaki, Hiyori appeared to be a greedy and materialistic woman, as well as a good manipulator. After successfully swindling her victims, she treated them very coldly without any compassion or remorse, saying that she despises the poor. However, it was later revealed that the men she swindled were guilty of highly immoral acts, and she passed all the money she swindled to Denjiro for him to distribute to the poor citizens of Wano rather than keeping it for herself. These are only acts.
Hiyori loved music, having enjoyed playing the shamisen since childhood. She used this music to easily fool Orochi when he let his guard down, allowing her to place a seastone nail.
She has a strong sibling love for her brother, Momonosuke. During their childhood, Hiyori always dropkicking Momonosuke. Even when they became adults, Hiyori's habits of dropkicking her brother still hasn't changed.

- Speed: Even as a child, Hiyori is very agile.
- Physical Strength: Hiyori is strong when she slapped Orochi in the face and dropkicked Momonosuke.
- Medical Expertise: Hiyori has medical knowledge when she tended Zoro's wounds.
- Trickery: Hiyori is very trickery when she used her beauty and charisma to fool anyone (including her enemies). She easily fooled Orochi of dropping his guard by placing a seastone nail.
- Musical Expertise: Hiyori is very talented musician when she plays a shamisen.

- It is implied that Hiyori developed her love for Roronoa Zoro after he saved her life thrice from Kamazo (Killer), Orochi's minions at the Flower Capital and later Ringo. She shown when she sleeps with him. After both Big Mom and Kaido's downfalls, Hiyori even cleaned up Zoro's wounds and blushed.
