Kurotsuchi is a supporting character in the Naruto anime/manga series and Boruto series.
In the English version, she was voiced by Laura Bailey in Naruto Shippuden and currently Cherami Leigh in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
In the Japanese version, she is voiced by Hana Takeda.
Personality[]
She is a kunoichi who favors her village's best interests greatly, even once advising Onoki to kill Naruto and Killer B so as to avoid seeing them fall to the Akatsuki.
History[]
She is the female assistant and granddaughter of the Third Tsuchikage, Onoki. She is a descendant of the First Tsuchikage. She specializes in certain congealing jutsus, one being Ninja Art: Congealing Technique. She participates in the Fourth Great Ninja War as a member of the Allied Shinobi Forces where she fights against the Akatsuki army. On the second night of the war, she along with most of humanity are trapped in Madara Uchiha's Infinite Tsukyomi and placed in her own dream world. But with Madara's defeat, she is released from the Infinite Tsukyomi and the Allied Shinobi Forces wins the war.
After the Fourth Great Ninja War, she became the Fourth Tsuchikage after her grandfather retired due to his age. She would meet and cooperate with the other kage. At one point, she teamed up with the other kage to save Naruto Uzumaki from Momoshiki Otsutsuki. Since then, she continues to cooperate with the kage.
