Kurumi Mugen, known as Magical Girl War Nurse Kurumi, is the deuteragonist of Magical Spec-Ops Asuka. Kurumi Mugen is one of the survivors in the Distonian War. She is also a member of Magical Five.
She is voiced by Akira Sekine in the original and Sara Ragsdale in the English dub. Sekine would Later play Sora Harewataru in Pretty Cure franchise.

Kurumi Mugen is a nice and caring person who does seem to be more sweet. But, her split personality becomes more sadistic whenever her enemies gets captured. She was bullied as a teen by many bad students and abused by her family. Her number one friend is Asuka Otori. She takes on a duty torture her enemies; though, Kurumi seems to enjoy torture.

Magical Medicine Manipulation - Kurumi Mugen is capable of healing allies and heroes during wars and battles. She can manipulate magical medicine. With this power, one is capable of manipulating magical medicines such as potions, but this can be applied to other kinds of medicines such as pills, powders, syrups and so on. They can change what the magical medicine does, what effects or side effects it may bring and perhaps what powers it may grant.
Serum Creation - Kurumi Mugen can create various types of specialized serums including: adrenaline, truth serum, memory serum, aerosolized serum, serum pills or super serums/radioactive serums.
