Kyotaro Sugishita is one of the main characters of the Japanese delinquent series, Wind Breaker. He is the first-year student of Bofurin. He is the rival of the main protagonist, Haruka Sakura. He is the one of the five strongest first-years.
He is voiced by Koki Uchimaya in Japanese and Orion Pitts in English.
Biography[]
Sugishita is one of the students of Furin High School. He is a fanatic devotee of the leader of Bofurin, Hajime Umemiya. Hearing Haruka Sakura is aiming to become a top dog, Sugishita throws his desk at Sakura and goes into a fight with him until their fight was interrupted by Umemiya. He and Sakura reluctantly shakes hands, but their rivalry still heats up due to Sakura is not showing much respects for Umemiya.
Sugishita joins to fight the Shishitoren. He easily defeated Yukinari Arima in just one hit.
Appearane[]
Sugishita is a very tall man with a dark blue wavy hair and brown eyes.
He wore the Bofurin unifrom with a gray shirt.
Personality[]
He is sluggish and apathetic. He has a serious demeanor. He dislikes those who disrespects Hajime Umemiya when he calls him as Umemiya-san as his classmates considered him as a "fanatic".
He has a heated rivalry with Haruka Sakura when hearing he is aiming to be a top dog. He always throws large objects at Sakura for not showing much respects for Umemiya. Even though he shakes hands with Sakura, it was just reluctant due to their rivalry.
Abilities and Powers[]
- Inhumane Strength: Sugishita has inhumane strength when he throws a chair at Sakura and broke the teacher's deck. He easily defeated Yukinari Arima with just one punch.
- Inhumane Durability Sugishita has inhumane durability when he took the hit from Sakura's kick and Arima's punched.
