LaCienega Boulevardez is a Latin-American friend/rival of Penny Proud.
She was voiced by Alisa Reyes.
Personality
On the surface, LaCienega is very conceited, but deep down, she's sensitive, insecure and a little jealous of Penny because she's a grounded individual. She and Penny frequently antagonize each other and Penny is usually stuck with her. Early in the show, LaCienega is able to convince Penny's parents that she is a very sweet and moral young lady, while in the fact, she is arrogant, vain, snobbish, and obnoxious. Deep down however, she likes Penny quite a bit, but is to arrogant to outright show or admit it. Eventually, Penny's parents are able to see through her good-girl façade and soon she begins to show her true colors more freely. Ironically, LaCienega has been a good friend to Penny at times as seen in episodes such as "Hooray for Iesha", "One in a Million", "The Camp, The Counselor, The Mole and The Rock", and "It takes a Thief" She is also a founding member of the R&B girl-group, L.P.D.Z.

LaCienega is a Latin-American girl who has long brown hair with a red flower barrette, wears a pink shirt, red jacket, blue jeans, and blue shoes with pink socks.
