Lanolin the Sheep is a supporting character in the IDW Sonic the Hedgehog comic series. She is an anthropomorphic sheep from Riverside and a member of the Restoration. She currently helps in the day-to-day operations at the Restoration's new HQ.
Appearance[]
Lanolin is a sheep with white fur and black pointy horns, along with a fluffy tail. She wears a yellow-orange sleeveless shirt and wears a bell around her neck, along with some green military-esc pants. The boots she wears are brown with yellow soles and hints of yellow on the tongue. She wears a brown belt around her pants, and wears fingerless gloves. The tip of her fingers also have some black on them.
Personality[]
Lanolin has a great available and hardworking mentality, to restore she is willing to do thousands of assignments to reach the necessary objectives. She is good, but formal, and she always reminds her to be official when they say hello. She also seems to get scared easily.

- Lanolin appears on an early draft of Sonic the Hedgehog #30's A cover, which was done by Adam Bryce Thomas. However, she was edited out of the final version.
- To date, Lanolin has appeared almost exclusively in issues illustrated by Adam Bryce Thomas, her creator. The only exceptions are Sonic the Hedgehog #20, Sonic the Hedgehog #26, and the Sonic the Hedgehog Annual 2020, where she was drawn by Jack Lawrence, Evan Stanley, and Jonathan Gray, respectively.
