Larry Foulke, also known by his callsign Pixy and his nickname Solo Wing, is a major antagonist in the Ace Combat video game franchise, serving as the deuteragonist-turned-final antagonist of Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. He is a mercenary pilot employed by the Republic of Ustio during the Belkan War, serving in the "Galm Team" squadron as the number two aircraft and Cipher's wingman, and later as a member of a paramilitary terrorist organization "A World With No Boundaries".
He was portrayed by Sean Ryan in live-action scenes, voiced by Takuya Kirimoto and dubbed in English by Yuri Lowenthal.

Larry Foulke was born in southern Belka in 1967. When he was a child, his hometown was invaded by Osean forces who killed his parents, leaving Larry an orphan. In adulthood, he learned to be a pilot and became a mercenary. During a battle in 1993, his plane was damaged, losing its right wing, but he managed to land it safely, earning himself the title 'Solo Wing' and painting his right wing red ever since.
The Belkan War[]
In 1995, the Belkan War broke out. To protect inself from Belka's forces' onslaught, Republic of Ustio hired mercenary pilots into its air force. Pixy and Cipher formed the Galm Team, with the latter as the flight leader and the former as his wingman. After successfully protecting the Valais Airbase from the bombing raid, the Galm Team took part in operations that helped liberate all of Ustio. As the frontline moved into Belkan territory, Foulke witnessed and took part in the carpet-bombing of Hoffnung, which greatly disturbed him. Finally, after nearly getting called into Belkan nuclear bombings, he accepted fellow Allied Forces pilots' offer of defection, attacked Cipher and left to form A World With No Boundaries, an anarchist militant group determined to erase national borders to prevent any more wars from happening.
Cipher and Pixy encountered each other once again over Avalon Dam, where the latter shot down PJ, and launched the V2 missile. In the ensuing battle, Pixy was shot down by Cipher, and V2 detonated without hitting its targets. Larry managed to eject from the damaged aircraft, and later found refuge in a town.
Fate[]
Larry Foulke came to regret his crimes, and chose to pursue peace through different means. In 2005, he was serving in the ranks of ISAF, when he was interviewed by Brett Thompson and told him of his experiences in the war and of relationship with Cipher.
