Misaka 20001, commonly known as Last Order, is a major protagonist of the A Certain Magical Index franchise and the deuteragonist of A Certain Scientific Accelerator.
She is 20001st Misaka clone of the Radio Noise project, who serves as the administrator for the Misaka network. As a result, she has more raw power than the other sisters, putting her at Level 3. Her name, Last Order, was derived from the scenario of Last Order commanding the clones to shutdown.
She is voiced by Rina Hidaka in Japanese and by Brittney Karbowski in English, the latter of whom also voices Mikoto Misaka and the other sisters in the same series.
Appearance[]
As opposed to the other sisters, Last Order appears as a 10-year old version of Mikoto Misaka. Her most notable characteristics is the ahoge on her hair and the pink spots are constantly present on her cheeks. Unlike the other clones, her eyes are the same color as the original. In her initial appearance, Last Order wore a ragged blanket as makeshift clothes. She later wears a blue spotted dress with a white coat and sandals.
Personality[]
Unlike the Sister clones, Last Order is quite capable of expressing emotions. She is a very cheerful, energetic and childish girl, which matches her childlike appearance. She tends to be quite jovial and playful, often playing with her fellow sisters and pestering Accelerator to spend time with her. Like most clones, Last Order speaks in the third person, with the only difference being that she says "Misaka" twice. She is also rather immature and tends to get upset at certain things, as shown when Yoshikawa and Accelerator discuss enrolling her in school, something which she vehemently objects. She also has complex about her small chest and is very jealous of Misaka Worst's more developed breasts.
Moreover, Last Order has a forgiving nature. Despite possessing all of the memories of the Misaka clones, including the ones that Accelerator has killed, Last Order doesn't hold any grudge against him, and she quickly forgave Fraulein Kerutune after she attempted to eat her, fully understanding that she wasn't in control of her actions. She has an extremely close bond with Accelerator and deeply cares about him. In addition, she also holds an apparent admiration towards Touma Kamijou due to him stopping the experiments and also protecting her during the events of both the Academy City Invasion and the Christmas Eve Arcs. Despite endlessly cheery demeanor, Last Order will occasionally become serious when it comes to the Misaka Network.
Last Order is shown to be incredibly caring and selfless, which is best displayed when she's was willing to save Fräulein Kreutune, even while the latter was trying to devour her brain. Despite her childlike behavior, Last Order has proven to be highly perceptive, as she theorizes that Accelerator didn't want to participate in the Level 6 Shift Project based on the memories of the dead sisters, which is why she doesn't blame him for his actions.
Biography[]
Last Order was the final produced for the Level 6 Shift Project, though not as a part of the 20,000 clones selected to be killed by Accelerator so he could achieve Level 6. Instead, she functions as the command center of the sisters and the administrator of the Misaka Network, making her their superior. She was intentionally created in the form of a child so as she can be easily controlled.

Radio Noise: The collective esper ability of the Sisters which allows them to manipulate electricity and magnetism. However, Last Order has more raw power than the other sisters, putting her at Level 3. She is capable of picking electric locks and influencing technology. She can also detect electromagnetic fields, and use Hertz unit to measure them.
- Misaka Network: As the central administrator of the Misaka Network, Last Order has nigh-complete authority over the Sisters and unlimited access to all their memories and experiences, including the deceased ones. She can override almost any viruses and give orders to the clones which they must obey.
