Latias is one of the main heroes of the Pokémon movie, Pokèmon Heroes: Latios and Latias. Her, along with her brother, Latios, protect Alto Mare.

Appearance
Her Mega Evolution looks almost exactly like the Mega Evolution of Latios except Latias keeps her yellow eyes. Also, although they look similar, Mega Latias is smaller than Mega Latios.

Movie
Latias and her brother, Latios, live in Alto Mare in the Secret Garden, where they guard the Soul Dew. They were friends with Lorenzo and Bianca.
Powers
Latias displays some very unique powers, such as sight-sharing, invisibility, and shapeshifting. She has the ability to shapeshift into people. Due to Latias and Bianca's strong friendship, Latias can disguise herself as Bianca.
