Laura is the deuteragonist of the anime series Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure, as well as the main protagonist of its movie. She lives with the Grand Ocean, but is currently in search of the pretty cure and comes to Aozora City to find them and rescue her home. Her alter ego is Cure La Mer and her charm point is her nails.
She was voiced by Rina Hidaka, who also voiced Silica in Sword Art Online, Claire Kagenō in The Eminence in Shadow, Ririchiyo Shirakiin in Inu x Boku SS, Filo in The Rising of the Shield Hero, Enju Aihara in Black Bullet, Mutsuki in Kantai Collection, and Yoshino Hide in Battle Girls: Time Paradox in Japanese.
Appearance[]
Laura is a teenage mermaid girl who has long pink hair that reaches to her waist. She also has blue eyes, as well as bangs, pearl clips, and cyan otoliths.
She wears a cyan top and white pink pearls on her front. She also has on her side on her elbows are cyan fins, and her gold bracelets. She has a tail with the blue pale of pink and yellow fin, the tail is a pink ribbon, and her yellow star who tied up has a pearls.
Personality[]
Laura is a self confident girl, and is the type of person to say whatever's on her mind. Her goal is to become the queen of Grand Ocean. She also likes to sings. She has a short temper and often lashes out at people, whether it's if things don't go the way she wants it to be, or if someone says mermaid aren't real, but overtime, she becomes more nicer and has a better relationship with the cures.
