Lawrence Fletcher (usually addressed and credited as "Dad") is Ferb's biological father, the step-father of Phineas and Candace and the husband of Linda; the two fell in love at the farewell concert of Love Händel in the 90s. His interests pique to aspects of history, including ancient events, cultures, and artifacts.
In the Episode "Bullseye!" he is zapped by a laser named Make-Everything-Evil-Inator (By Dr. Doofenshmirtz) and Make-Everything-Evil-Izer (By Rodney) in an conference of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N to elect their first supreme leader and turned evil. Lawrence passes all tests and is elected Supreme Leader of the evil scientists. Fortunately, when he sees Phineas and Ferb, he remembers the moments with them and does go back to normal, so he tosses aside his Supreme Leader medal, thus resigning as leader.
He is voiced by Richard O’Brien.
