Lemon Zest is a female human and one of the Crystal Prep Academy Shadowbolts in My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Friendship Games.
She is voiced by Shannon Chan-Kent, who also voiced Princess Isla in Barbie: Princess Charm School, Marie Roberts in Barbie & Her Sisters in A Pony Tale, Maia in Barbie: Video Game Hero, Princess Isla Kokoro in Barbie: Princess Charm School and Ilsa and Barbie: Dolphin Magic.
Lemon is best known as a rude and wild girl. She likes to listen to loud music in her headphones, and she forces Twilight Sparkle to listen to it up to a point.
Like all her mates, she is competitive, aggressive and ferocious towards the CHS students to always get the better of her, but despite this she loves attending the parties of Pinkie Pie and happily socializing with Canterlot High students, usually she does not mock her opponents, she remains silent with her companions and does as they do.
When Twilight transforms into the monstrous Midnight Sparkle, Lemon rushes to rescue everyone, including the CHS students, who are about to fall to their deaths in the world of Equestria.

She is seen on the bus going to Canterlot High with Twilight next to her, and plays her loud music.
She participated in the Spelling bee.
In the end she is horrified when Twilight transforms into Midnight Sparkle and begins to destroy their worlds and rushes to rescue all who are in danger and finally, she and her companions regret their mistakes.
Dance Magic[]
She appears in Dance Magic with Sour Sweet, Sunny Flare and Sugarcoat at the Canterlot shopping mall to register for the video dance contest and in that case Rarity is there who also signs up. she and they immediately think of stealing the idea, but then they repent and make a video together with the Human Seven.
