Lennart Niermann is a supporting character in the action manhwa series Solo Leveling. He is ranked in 12th place internationally as a hunter and is deemed as the pinnacle of all hunters in Germany.
He is voiced by Kaito Ishikawa in Japanese, and Damien Hass in English on the mobile game, Solo Leveling: ARISE.
Appearance[]
Lennart is a blond elent German young man with his most of hair parted to his left side. His eyes are a blue color but shift into a yellow-gold color when his powers are in play.
In his initial appearance, he donned a lengthy overcoat of blue colored layered over a three-piece suit. When involved in the Canadian dungeon break, he presented himself in a cobalt armor of blue color adorned with a trim of kaki color.
Personality[]
Regardless of being the strongest hunter of his country, Lennart prefers to maintain a humble demeanor, demonstrating civility, being very respectful, and patient. An example of this is seen when he stayed over two hours for an opportunity to converse with Sung Jin-Woo in person. Lennart exhibits sound judgment and loyalty, promptly seeking defense of Jin-Woo following the latter issuing an alert to the international community regarding to the incoming from the Monarchs. Additionally, he displays selflessness by putting his life on the line to rescue Thomas Andre against the Beast Monarch.
Biography[]
International Guild Conference Arc[]
Soon after his arrival in America to attend the International Guild Conference, he attempts to have a chat with Sung Jin-Woo but is interrupted by his towering shadows following him.
Monarchs War Arc[]
After Jinwoo warned the global community about the Monarchs' threat, Lennart sought his assistance and traveled to Korea to meet him. However, on the same day, Thomas visited Jinwoo to express gratitude for sparing his guild members, preventing Lennart from asking for protection. Days later, when the Monarch Rakan suddenly appeared and wreaked havoc in the city, Lennart, among the first S-Ranks on the scene, hesitated to fight. Thomas intervened, battling Rakan evenly until overpowered. Lennart then intervened with his Charge skill, prompting Rakan's annoyance. Rakan attempted to kill Lennart, but Jinwoo arrived, saving him with an axe kick. Recognizing the peril, Lennart deferred to Jinwoo and assisted Thomas in leaving safely.
