Leonidas or simply Leo is the main protagonist from the video game Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia, he is a mysterious and ferocious dragon who is the reboot version of his original counterpart from Bakugan Battle Brawlers the video game.
He is an Aurelus Bakugan who was awakened from hibernation during the Great Collision and chooses the human protagonist as his partner. He is Drago's close friend and he helps him to fight thugs who want to use the Bakugans for selfish purposes. He is the main character who protects the Earth and Vestroia for the sake of humans and Bakugans.
Description and role[]
Like the other Bakugans and Drago, Leonidas awakens from hibernation during the Great Collision. He was discovered by a young boy who wants to become an member of the Awesome Ones.
But the boy is a beginner and awakens an dragon from sleep named Leonidas who convinces him to be his partner and the boy and Leonidas becomes best friend and set out to join the Awesome Ones by protecting the Bakugans from thugs who use the mind-devices to cause the Bakugans wreck havoc.
Leonidas began to hate the thugs who illegaly sells the devices to make the Bakugans cause destruction, Leonidas manages to protect his friends from people who want to steal everyone's Bakugans for no reason.
Leonidas bears an strange ressemblance to Drago who has a real name Maximus from Battle Planet series which is a remake and reboot of Bakugan Battle Brawlers made by Spin Master.
