Liberty "Libby" Folfax is a major character of the Jimmy Neutron franchise. She is Cindy Vortex's best friend and the love interest and eventual girlfriend for Sheen Estevez.
She was voiced by Crystal Scales. In the Japanese dub, she was voiced by Romi Park in the movie and Miho Hino in the series.
Appearance
During the film, the first season, and temporarily in "Beach Party Mummy", Libby had a green dress with blue, light green, and orange patterned rectangles on it. She also had a streak of her hair covering her right eye along with her hair in a high bun. She also had green socks with black Mary Jane shoes. In "Beach Party Mummy" to make herself look like a queen in order to stop mummies, she got a corn row braid hair style that she likes and decides to keep. Later, she got new clothes: a fading pink striped shirt, blue jeans, and brown shoes.
Biography
Not much is known about Libby's family, but she is known to have a father and mother, In "Beach Party Mummy", she discovers that she is related to Queen Hasabataslapya of Egypt. She also has a little brother whose legs were seen in "Make room for Daddy-o" in the saw the lady in half trick.
Personality
She was never a major character in the movie, but in the later episodes of the show, she was around more and had more lines. She is very into music, with some of her favorite genres being R&B, funk, and hip-hop music. She can experience music withdrawal. When this happens, she faints. She didn't get into the title logo until the third season of the show. She seems to have a hard time lying, which can complicate some of Jimmy's plans. Her favorite band is Graystar, who she asked to play at Retroville sometimes. She can also play the piano. She is also aware of Jimmy and Cindy's romantic feelings for each other and wishes they could end their senseless bickering, and just admit it to one another.
