Similar to his main canon counterpart, he is a brute official who does not hesitate to fight anyone who opposes him, showing himself to be a tough and confident fighter. He also tends to gesticulate when speaking and is somewhat sarcastic with his enemies. But unlike his villainous counterpart, he is genuinely loyal to Emperor Chaozu and all his actions are to protect and serve him, this is demonstrated when he discovers that Minister Shen is trying to manipulate him to betray him and take the throne and does not hesitate to confront him and his brother, General Tao.
Biography[]

He is first seen stopping a truck driver when his men are searching the truck but without finding the doll. At the end of the search Blue realizes that by not being sent to search Minister Shen's home he realizes that by not being sent to search Minister Shen's home, he probably stole the doll to have an excuse to search for the Dragon Balls and use them for a possible coup d'état. After this Blue goes to the palace to warn Chaozu, but in the face of the accusation, General Tao, who is part of the plot, fights against Lieutenant Blue and kills him without any major problem.
However, Blue's will is fulfilled when the Z-Fighters defeat Minister Shen, saving Emperor Chaozu.
Abilities[]
Lieutenant Blue has shown to have similar abilities to his canon counterpart, having extraordinary strength added to a notable use of martial arts, his telekinetic powers that allow him to immobilize his opponents and remarkable skill with the sword. However, he is still far inferior in power to General Tao, who easily defeats him.
