Lihanna Owenzaus is a major character in the action fantasy anime and manga series Wistoria: Wand and Sword.
She was a student of Ligarden Magic Academy and the valedictorian of her year, scoring the maximum points available for both academics and practical application.
She is voiced by Lynn in Japanese and by Erin Kelly Noble in English.
Appearance[]
Lihanna is a slim, stoic teenage girl with long, orange-blonde hair tied into two pigtails that fall gracefully down her back, with loose bangs framing her face and blue eyes.
Her eyes in particular were considered a curse and dishonor in her bloodline whom typically had golden eyes. Will was the only one who had went against her family prejudice and said he loved her eyes as they were.
Her attire typically comprises of a white dress shirt with gold buttons, paired with a short, dark skirt that features two thin white stripes near the hem. The skirt is held up by garter straps. She also wears black thigh-high stockings that reach up to her mid-thigh, and a pair of black shoes.
As a student at Ligarden Magic Academy, she dons over her outfit a dark cape with a gold trim, reaching her waist. The cape is fastened at the front with a purple gemstone on a gold clasp, matching the accessory seen on Wignall.
Personality[]
Lihanna is portrayed as a cold and stoic girl with a diligent nature, highly focused on her continued presence at Regarden and especially driven by her envy of witnessing Elfaria Serfort's exponential rise to reach the reputation of a Magia Vander despite both were first years before.
Similarly to Will, since then she is committed to becoming a Magia Vander. Even reaching the Upper Academy isn't satisfactory enough, since her goal is to safeguard her family from potential downfall.
Notwithstanding her grand ambitions, Lihanna also displays a somewhat goofy side, leading her to not be very good at explaining her reasons in situations, as shown when she was perplexed by Sion and Julius' dubiousness in recruiting Will. When Wignall questioned the usefulness of Will, she herself couldn’t confidently vouched for his skills and left it to 'probably'.
Despite her normally serious demeanor, she is not immune from embarrassment and love. She blushed immensely when Will had saw her bare body when she bathed in the wrong bathroom, and when confessing that Will had said the same thing as her 'first love' when he complimented how pretty her blue eyes were.
Raised as a knight, she also has noble pride, willing to lay down her life for her comrades to ensure their escape, as well as admitting her shortcoming as a leader before willingly relinquishing the role to Will.
Upon joining the Lightning Faction with Will, their relationship and trust in each other deepened immensely. Will took on her share of training and punishment whenever she fell short, and coupled with his motivational speech to her when she was having a crisis, he became the closest person to her aside from her family.
