Liiri is a kwami that is connected to the Eagle Miraculous, and with his power, its wearer can use the talon pendant to transform into a eagle-themed superhero, the current wearer being Jessica Keynes.
He is voiced by Cedric Williams in the English version, who also voiced Don in The Promised Neverland.
Liiri is a small dark blue creature with a large head, a tiny body, and gray eyes. He resembles an eagle, with a dark blue body, a grayish head with a tuft of of feathers in the back, grayish blue feet, neck, and tail feathers, and a yellow beak.
Liiri is a balanced blend of formality and casual, as she used to address to Gilbert du Motier, his former owner, by both his first name and his title. Liiri can be easily intimidated, as the mere dark presence of Gabriel is able to make him so nervous that he ends up slipping what their powers can do without him new master even asking him. But, when in possession of a owner he feels comfortable with, she becomes rather confident and is immediately ready for a transformation.
As a kwami, Liiri can fly, levitate, and phase through solid objects. Liiri can also carry objects that are larger and/or heavier than it.
As a kwami, Liiri gives the wearer the power of freedom and transforms them into an eagle-themed superhero by entering the Eagle Miraculous. Although unable to communicate to the wearer while they are transformed but can communicate to their transformed holders through their weapon-phones, Liiri usually knows what is going on during that time. Whenever the wearer uses Liberation, Liiri begins losing power and eventually can't retain the transformation any longer, leaving the talon pendant and reverting the wearer back to normal. Liiri is exhausted and out of energy afterwards, so to be able to transform the wearer again, he must refuel by eating food.
Thousands of years prior to the series, Liiri and the other Kwamis traveled the universe, unable to interact with any creatures, particularly humans. This was until a mage forged the Miraculouses, so Liiri and the others could both interact with mankind and grant them the ability to transform into heroes.
