Lil' Nugget is an adorable and docile creature drawn by artist Trevor Henderson. They are the incidental offspring of Big Charlie, being the flesh that falls off from him. They come in all different shapes, colors and sizes, but will eventually grow up to be the not-so-friendly Lamb.

Appearance[]

Lil’ Nugget is a peculiar, diminutive creature with a strikingly disproportionate anatomy. It boasts a large, oval-shaped head adorned with two googly eyes, which are often mismatched in size, lending an unsettling yet endearing appearance. These eyes, however, are not functional and frequently fall off, revealing the creature’s lack of actual visual organs. Its skin has the texture of moist, raw meat, appearing thin, malleable, and slightly translucent. The legs of Lil’ Nugget are tiny, nub-like protrusions that it uses to shuffle around in a somewhat awkward manner. Typically, Lil’ Nuggets are smaller than a standard jar of peanut butter, emphasizing their odd and almost whimsical nature.

Multiple Appearances[]

Given the constant production of new Lil’ Nuggets from Big Charlie’s regenerating flesh, each Nugget possesses unique characteristics. Variations in shape, size, and facial features are commonplace. Some Lil’ Nuggets have elongated legs, others exhibit a slimier texture, and many display different head shapes or lopsided appearances. Certain Nuggets might have glossy eyes and wrinklier skin, while others possess a reddish hue. Additionally, some Nuggets may exhibit extra anatomical features, such as additional eyes or human-like mouths, contributing to their diverse and bizarre aesthetic.

The origins of Lil’ Nuggets are rooted in the peculiar biology of Big Charlie. Big Charlie’s flesh continuously falls off and regenerates, with the detached pieces transforming into individual Lil’ Nuggets. This perpetual cycle ensures a steady population of these creatures. Although most Lil’ Nuggets remain in their initial form, a rare few evolve into The Lamb after consuming sufficient food. This transformation is exceedingly uncommon and has only been documented a handful of times. Furthermore, Big Charlie’s regenerative process can produce different types of Nuggets, including Void Nuggets and Meat Nuggets, each with distinct abilities and properties.

Behaviorally, Lil’ Nuggets are typically friendly and harmless, displaying a curious nature. They often explore their surroundings and interact with various objects and creatures they encounter. Trevor Henderson, the creator, has affectionately referred to them as “friends.” Lil’ Nuggets are frequently observed in human habitats, scavenging for food in kitchens and pantries, suggesting an adaptive behavior similar to that of house rats. They can be tamed or domesticated through regular feeding and care, though it is strongly advised to avoid keeping them once they begin the transformation into The Lamb, due to the unpredictable and potentially dangerous nature of this change.

Despite their small size and lack of physical strength, Lil’ Nuggets possess some unique abilities. They can detach and regenerate body parts, a trait inherited from Big Charlie, which allows them to produce more Lil’ Nuggets. In large numbers, they can become quite disruptive, swarming over areas and raiding homes for food. Although not inherently aggressive, this behavior can lead to significant damage if not managed. Trevor Henderson has also hinted that Lil’ Nuggets might have the ability to communicate, though this remains speculative.
