Lily is the tritagonist of the 2000 film, Thomas and the Magic Railroad. She is played by Mara Wilson, who also portrayed Matilda Wormwood from Matilda.
She lives in the city with her mother. With the help of her grandfather and Patch, they helped restore Lady to her former glory and returned the magic to the Magic Railroad.

- Even though she is one of his enemies, Diesel 10 didn't interact with Lily in Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
- In the original cut of the film, Lily married to Patch and telling the story to her children 20 years later, was the narrator.
