Lio Fotia is the deuteragonist of the 2019 anime movie Promare. He is the leader of the Mad Burnish, alongside Gueira and Meis.
He is voiced by Taichi Saotome in the Japanese version of the anime, and by Johnny Yong Bosch in the English version of the anime.
Apperance
Lio has light skin and green light hair. He has a petite frame while adorned in a suit black leather jacket and pants with belts covering his hips.
Personality
At first glance, Lio has the appearance of someone cold and ruthless, but here is actually cordial and polite, holding high standards regarding the attacks, while also trying to have little to no casualties.
Teaming up with him, Lio is determined to help Galo against Kray. It is also shown that he is capable of acts of bravery such as saving his fellow Burnish from incarceration.

- His appearance is inspired by the likes of Moto Hagio's work according to Shigeto Koyama.
