Little Miss Dotty (retitled Little Miss Ditzy in the US) is the seventeenth book in the Little Miss series by Roger Hargreaves. In the 90s cartoon, Mr. Men And Little Miss, she was voiced by Jill Shilling in the UK, Danièle Hazan in the French dub, and Judy Marshak in the US.

Little Miss Dotty is oval in shape, brown in color, freckles, a pink nose, has blonde, curly hair and wears an orange bowler hat with a white stripe on it.
Personality[]
Little Miss Dotty is a lovable character, best known for her silly and absurd behaviour stemmed from her literal understanding of things. She's determined with firm beliefs when it comes to matters that are important to her, such as her basic and simplistic life style. Although she may come across as rather out of tune with the world, Dotty is a friendly character with a great sense of humour and willingness to help anyone in need. Her eccentric ways are often the source of hilarious moments that make her a memorable figure in the Little Miss world.
