Liu Vicki Woods is the overarching protagonist and a supporting character in Jeff the Killer. He is the brother to Jeffrey Alan Woods, who later become the enigmatic serial killer Jeff the Killer.
History[]
Moving to a new home, Liu and Jeff are often met with problems coming from their family desicions. Despite so, Liu appears to be much softer and would not react as harsh as Jeff. On their way to school, Liu and Jeff encounter Randy as he and his friends attempt to mug both Liu and Jeff themselves.
Liu was unable to retaliate, but Jeff ended up beating up all the bullies and leave them in a almost unconsicous state. This left Liu horrified, but they both choose to move on afterwards. Later, officers come to arrest Jeff for his actions is deemed as psychotic reaction toward the kids. However, Liu took the blame for his brother instead, hoping that in his arrest Jeff not spiral down a dark path.
One night during his imprisonment, Liu wakes up and sees a disfigured Jeff, who slowly sunk a knife to his stomatch and tell him to "Go to Sleep", making him realizing that all he did was in vain.

- Most Creepypasta fans often think of Homicidal Liu, his alternative Serial Killer version instead. However, in the original story, Liu is depicted as a kind and caring brother who only wanted to protect his sibling.
