Livmen is a blue alien doppelgänger version of Melvin Sneedly and he is the tritagonist of the episode "The Disturbing Dilema of the Dysfunctional Doppelgangers" from The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants In Space.

He is voiced by Jorge Diaz, who also voiced his earth counterpart and Mel-evator in the same show.

Biography[]
