It is an honor to meet you. Nothing is impossible and no future is unattainable. What Tekkadan accomplished at Edmonton lit a fire underneath us and gave us the courage to rise up and fight. And for that I thank you.
~ Liza greeting Orga Itsuka in his meeting with him.

Liza Enza is an officer in the Gjallarhorn Outer Earth Joint Regulatory Fleet under McGillis Fareed who later becomes one of the leaders of the young officers of the Revolutionary Fleet.

He was voiced by Kengo Takanashi in the Japanese version, and by Joe Zieja in the English dubbed version.

History[]

As McGillis Fareed began his coup to take control of Gjallarhorn, Liza Enza delivered a broadcasted speech announcing their revolution and exposing the corruption and crimes of Rustal Elion and the other Seven Stars of Gjallarhorn. He later met with the top members of Tekkadan to further discuss their plans usurp Gjallarhorn, with him commending Tekkadan in their meeting for the bravery they showed at Edmonton and how it inspired the Revolutionary Fleet. As McGillis unlocked Gundam Bael, Liza set about establishing an orbital network of ships to counter Rustal Elion's Arianrhod Fleet when they moved against McGillis. With Bael in his possession, McGillis soon announced himself the undisputed ruler of Gjallarhorn, leading Liza to declare that they had won. However, Vidar of the Arianrhod Fleet delivered a speech in response accusing McGillis of being responsible for the death of Carta Issue. Because of this, despite McGillis becoming the inheritor of Gundam Bael, the other Seven Stars refused to lend their support against Rustal.

Liza Enza later took part in Tekkadan and McGillis Fareed's Revolutionary Fleet's battle against the Arianrhod Fleet. During it, Liza perished when his flagship was destroyed in a barrage of Dainsleifs firing.

Speech[]

The time has come for us to rise up. A revolution's coming comrades. The fight has begun. We shall stir up a new wind and blow away the rot that has consumed Gjallarhorn. The time has arrived to reform a world that has become rife with treacherous lies and take it back with our own hands. Gjallarhorn was known as the keeper of peace and order. However, that notion was nothing but convenient, self-serving prattling used by the Seven Stars for personal gain. The border dispute on Earth between Arbrau and the SAU... our investigations have revealed that Galan Mossa, the mercenary believed to have engineered the entire situation, was actually working in league with Rustal Elion. Which brings me to this. Lord Iok Kujan set up the Turbines, a civilian company, to be an illegal organization and after conducting a warrantless raid, he used the banned Dainsleif to butcher multiple noncombatant workers. These men only focus on petty political squabbles and think nothing of using unarmed civilians to maintain their power. They are the personification of the rot within Gjallarhorn. Gjallarhorn was known as the keeper of peace and order. However, that notion was nothing more than a convenient excuse used by the Seven Stars for personal gain. I implore you to open your eyes. Let us rise up together comrades!
~ Liza Enza delivering a speech announcing his and McGillis's revolution.
