They all have two golden rings around their arms as well as having a crest made from seaweed on their heads.
They are an all-female race with their faces having humble and polite design, they have turquoise colored skin and long wavy hair that resemble fins. Just like the dresses, the hair color is different from each Lochlady.

They present themselves as being modest and gentle, as they always talk with soft voices. Their gracefulness presents itself in their work, being seamstresses and designers, they care a lot for beauty and graciousness.
Just like the other friendly inhabitants in the game, they help out Mario by giving him simple hints.
